1.Who we are
sitesox.com is operated as a hosting product. Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "sitesox" refer to the operator, and "you" refers to the person or entity who creates an account or uses our services.
2.The services we provide
We provide shared, cloud, and managed hosting; domain name registration; email accounts; SSL certificates; and related tools. The features available depend on the plan you have selected and any add-ons.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will give reasonable notice (typically 30 days) before any change that materially reduces the value of your plan.
3.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that the email address on your account is monitored. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise to protect you and other customers.
4.Fees and billing
Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. The price you sign up at is the renewal price — we do not run introductory rates that increase on renewal.
Domain registrations and add-on services are billed separately and are non-refundable once registered or activated. Domain renewals are at the prevailing rate published on our pricing page.
If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Accounts with overdue balances older than 14 days may be suspended; data is retained for a further 30 days before deletion.
5.Refunds and the 30-day guarantee
Hosting plans purchased directly from us are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of the first paid invoice, we will refund the full hosting amount. Domain registration fees, add-on services, and amounts paid for credits already consumed are excluded.
6.Acceptable use
You may use sitesox to host any lawful content. You may not use sitesox to:
- distribute malware, phishing pages, or other content designed to harm visitors;
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or evade anti-abuse measures;
- host content that infringes intellectual-property rights you do not have a licence to use;
- host content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in ours;
- scan, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems from our network;
- resell hosting to third parties without a written reseller agreement.
We respond to credible abuse reports within one business day and may suspend services without notice in cases of active harm to the internet.
7.Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload to your hosting account. By using our services you grant us the limited licence required to host, serve, and back up that content on your behalf. We do not use customer content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose other than operating your account.
Our software, brand, and documentation remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our panel, agent, or API beyond what is required for normal use.
8.Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime across all plans. If we miss the target in a given month, you may request service credits per the SLA published in your panel. Credits do not exceed the cost of the affected month and are issued in the form of account credit, not cash refund.
9.Backups
We take daily off-site backups with 14-day retention on all hosting plans. Backups are best-effort and provided as a courtesy — you remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of business-critical data.
10.Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the panel. We may terminate or suspend an account for material breach of these terms (e.g. acceptable-use violations, persistent non-payment, fraud). After termination we retain account data for 30 days and then delete it permanently.
11.Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the relevant operating entity is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance.
